- Margaret has studied Thai Bodywork, massage and Yoga for the past ten years and has studied with teachers in the United States and Thailand, with over 400 hours in training in Thai Massage, 900 hours in Table Massage and 300 in Hatha Yoga and Partner Yoga. Margaret's training has been with Touchstone Healing Arts School of Massage of Burlington, Vermont, Elysabeth Williamson of Santa Barbara, California, Pichest Boonthumme of Chiang Mai, Thailand, Tanya Boigenzahn of Minneapolis, DoTerra Oils of Salt Lake City, Utah and Yoga North of Duluth, Minnesota. She is certified as a Registered Thai Therapist with the Thai Healing Alliance, a Certified Yoga Teacher 200 with Yoga Alliance, a Principle Based Partner Yoga Teacher, a Certified Massage Therapist and an Essential Oils Educator with doTerra Oils. She offers all of these modalities at her lovely studio in downtown Duluth and in addition teaches Restorative Yoga classes, Thai Yoga workshops, Principle Based Partner Yoga classes, Essential Oils Education and Essential Yoga at Yoga North of Duluth.
